Suppose you have an organization called Spinkart registered with NeetoRecord and have invited your team members. Now each member, including you, will be creating recordings which will be stored inside the same organization.
In this scenario, all organization admins will have access to each recording. This is to ensure that the admin always has the necessary permissions to edit or delete the recordings, their titles or their transcripts.
To restrict access to recordings among organization users, you can make use of roles. By default, users with the Standard role can view only the recordings created by them. So if you want to restrict certain users from accessing recordings from other users, you can change their role to a Standard role.
You can refer to How to manage a team member on how to change a user's role.
