Still being asked for permission despite granting it?

Some users might encounter a case where they click on "Start recording", and grant the screen permissions but the application shows the following message:

This occurs when the user had previously blocked the microphone permission at the browser level.

To fix this issue, do the following:

  1. Click on the configuration icon on the left side of the address bar.

  2. Now click on "Reset permission".

  3. Click on the "Reload" button that appears.

  4. Now try to record again and you'll be prompted with the microphone permission. Click "Allow" when prompted with the microphone permission.
