Managing the PRO access of a team member

If the organization has a PRO subscription, the admin can manage PRO access for both existing and new team members.

Here's how you can add new team members with PRO access:

  1. Click on the Add New Member button.

  2. Add the email address of the member you want to add.

  3. Check the box to Upgrade the above added members to PRO. A message will appear below detailing the additional charges for the new members for the next renewal. Prorated charges for the current billing period will be applied during the next renewal.

  4. Select the role of the member and click Continue.

  5. To complete the process, refer to step 5 onward in this article.

Here's how you can upgrade existing team members to PRO:

  1. Click on the checkbox and select the members.

  2. Click on the Take Action button.

  3. Click on the Upgrade to PRO menu from the drop-down.

  4. An alert box will appear, displaying the additional charges for the selected members for the next renewal. Prorated charges for the current billing period will be applied during the next renewal.

  5. Click on the Upgrade button.

  6. Navigate to Settings > Subscription to see the updated quantity and estimate for the next billing.

Here's how you can cancel the PRO access of team members:

  1. Click on the checkbox and select the members.

  2. Click on the Take Action button.

  3. Click on the Cancel PRO menu from the drop-down.

  4. An alert box will appear, showing the selected members whose PRO access is being canceled.

  5. Click on the Continue button.

  6. Navigate to Settings > Subscription to see the updated quantity and estimate for the next billing.

What are prorated charges?

Prorated charges are changes to your subscription fees based on how much of the billing period you used the service. This means that if you add a member during a billing period, you only pay for the days they had access to the service.

Let's say you subscribed to the NeetoRecord PRO plan at $5 per month on November 1, 2024, with your next renewal set for December 1, 2024. If you add a new member with PRO access or upgrade an existing member to PRO on November 15, you'll only be charged for the 15 days that the new PRO member had access to the service. This charge will show up on your next bill.

What happens to my PRO features if I cancel my subscription? Will they be disabled immediately?

When you cancel your subscription, your PRO features will not be disabled immediately. You will continue to have access to those features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, the PRO features will be removed.
