In NeetoRecord, a user can only register 1 view per day. That is, within a span of 24 hours, regardless of how many times a user views a recording, it'll only be registered as 1 view.
For example:
Oliver views a recording at 10:00 AM on Day 1. This view is recorded.
If Oliver attempts to view the same recording again within the next 24 hours (until 10:00 AM on Day 2), it will not be counted as a separate view.
After 24 hours have passed (from 10:00 AM on Day 1 to 10:00 AM on Day 2), Oliver can register another view for the same recording.
